Hi Krishna kumar,

We have used JNDI mode with GlassFish (http://glassfish.java.net). But really, both the modes will work.
In the JNDI mode, you need to setup the jms administered objects in the MQ series
JNDI server and then access it from the RA. A similar approach for TIBCO has been
documented. May be that is a good starting point.

Do you already have a MQ series running?
