Hi,

I have deleted some redundant classes and moved others into locations
that are more appropriate to the functionality.

This should, i hope, not affect many people using FI, unless one is
using the StAX factory and event API.

All the StAX factory stuff has been moved to:

com.sun.xml.fastinfoset.stax.factory

Latest build is here [1].
