Hi Kohsuke,

When do you think you will have time to modify JAXB to produce indexes
for EIIs and AIIs of the Name objects.

If you are busy (who isn't!!) send me pointers to the relevant areas and
i can do it with a little bit of guidance :-)

Once this is done i can develop a special prototype serializer. Not
quite sure how to integrate it in a plugable fashion, something to worry
about later. For the moment i can hack it in place.
