Hi Alan,

Thanks for doing the commits, code looks good.

I will move the generic property code to the Decoder so that the other
parsers can take easily advantage of these properties.

We need an interface FastInfosetParser (and FastInfosetSerializer) where
these properties can be get/set. I will merge the VocabularyReader and
VocabularyWriter into these new interfaces then these specific vocab
interfaces can go away.
