I think I offered to writeup this for the w3c list but I didn't get
around to it. Lets coordinate to have a good message once I've finished
to initial implementation.

give me a few more days to wrap a test version of Xj3D that supports
it. Then we can allow people to try it out themselves as well. I also
put together a nice block of stats for it.
