The posting of EL 3.0 EDR has been delayed due to fact that all Java EE
7 JSRs are switching over to JCP 2.8, to promote more openness and
transparency. If you are not familiar with JCP 2.8, there are some
information on the jcp multi-media resource page

Please let me know ASAP if you do not agree to using JCP 2.8 for this
JSR, for any reason.
