Making T a reserved word prevents an user from doing things like

     elManager.defineFunction("", "T", myFunction);
     elProcessor.getValue("#{T()}); // ambiguity here!

BTW, all operators that looks like an <id> are all reserved. Examples:
"not", "and" etc. Making it reserved makes parsers easier.
