While I'm writing up the detailed list of the changes, I've uploaded the
following files to the http://java.net/projects/interceptors-spec/downloads:

- I updated the package.html to be more consistent with the current spec
and include AroundConstruct

- the spec

http://java.net/projects/interceptors-spec/downloads/download/interceptor-1-2-mr-diff.pdf
- diff to the dr3 version (very minor edits from Linda's comments)
