The latest version includes:
- Clarifications to the transactional support of SFSB lifecycle callbacks
- Clarifications to the requirements for the embeddable EJB container
- Excluded methods defined on the java.lang.Object class from the
no-interface view
- Some cleanup in the examples as filed in

- Moved section "Compatibility and Migration" to its own chapter (17)
- Removed section 4.4.1.1.1 javax.ejb.embeddable.appName as it is a
duplicate of the section in Chapter 18
