Experts,

Unless somebody strongly (and quickly) objects, I'll move the deployment
descriptor section from the Interceptors spec back to the EJB spec, as
the EJB container is the only one that supports <interceptor-binding>
element.

The Interceptors spec will permit use of deployment descriptors to
override metadata or provide metadata, but it will be the EJB spec (as
in 3.0) that defines the deployment descriptor entries.
