The Run Location configuration attribute appears in additional places
(the Config Tables) beyond what you listed, I'm assuming you'll remove
all of them, Don't forget to also remove Figures4.1 and 4.2. When you
regenerate the TOC, will you address the issue I raised earlier where
the page numbers of the TOC are not hyperlinks to the pages?
