Dear experts,

We have submitted our latest spec and API javadoc to the JCP as our
Proposed Final Draft. There were only minor differences from the
candidate that was sent out on Feb 19, namely:

spec:
- updated section on CDI bean as task as discussed in EG
- updated sections on transaction management section to require Java EE
Product Provider to rollback incomplete transaction only for UserTransaction

API javadoc:
- Removed ExecutorNotAvailableException

The spec is also uploaded to
