I agree the sooner the better in terms of getting the incident logger
out of the way. Right now, I'm using the file processor myself, which is
cumbersome. At the moment, it's just a matter of porting over the
Swing/RMI application over to JavaFX/JAX-RS client. Bruno now owns the
task, let me follow up offline with him and see what makes sense.
P.S.: In the long run, I think it's best to make the incident logger an
HTML 5 application with off-line/synch capabilities geared towards
mobile devices instead of the desktop. Thoughts? Should we just go that
route right now?
