Hi,

I have checked in the changes for the live tracking system only for the HTML view right now [Cargo Dashboard (Cargos Routed)]

Please have a look and review. The following files have been checked in

- js/listRouted.js (Javascript for the listRouted.xhtml page)
- listRouted.xhtml
- CargoInspected.java (Event Qualifier)
- DefaultCargoInspectionService.java (Invokes the Event)
- RealTimeCargoTracker.java (Web Socket end point which observes the event and publishes the JSON)
