JDeveloper :) ....I use JDev for coding in ADF (Faces/BC/Mobile)....The UML capabilities are very neat and is quite sufficient for most of our diagrams.....
Am on version 11.1.2.4.0..... You create an UML Application -> UML Project -> UML Artifacts

I am trying to add a few UML diagrams to the documentation where it makes sense. In the past, I've used Visio and ArgoUML, but they really aren't that great, especially quality wise. Your UML diagram looks pretty good. What did you use? The Sparx tool?
