Yes, it's probably a bug that servers advertise STARTTLS when already using
SSL, and some might consider it a configuration error to even enable STARTTLS
support if you're connecting over SSL to begin with, but it's probably better
to do as suggested and make it a nop. I'll fix all the protocols in the
same way for JavaMail 1.4.6.
