General tab of the Layout Options page (Schedule Comparison Only)

Overview

Use the General tab of the Layout Options dialog box to configure the report.

Screen Elements

Grouping area

Group report by activity option

Determines whether to group the Schedule Comparison by activity. If this option is cleared, the Schedule Comparison will be grouped by data type.

Send Report To area

HTML file option

Determines whether to send the report to an HTML file.

CSV file option

Determines whether to send the report to a CSV file.

ASCII text file option

Determines whether to send the report to an ASCII text file.

Field delimiter list

Determines the character to use to delimit fields if you chose to send the report to an ASCII text file.

The following options are available:

• , Comma
• . Dot
• | Pipe

Text qualifier list

Determines the character to use to qualify if you chose to send the report to an ASCII text file.

The following options are available:

• No text qualifier
• " Double
• ' Single
• $ Dollar

Output File area

Output File field

Determines name and location for the output file.

From the Create or Open Schedule Comparison dialog box, click Options. Click the General tab.
