Filtering Duplicate Records
Use the following procedure to filter duplicate records. This task is a step in Process of Merging Duplicate Records.
Note: You can use either standard or fuzzy query methods, depending
on your needs. For more information about using fuzzy query, see Using Fuzzy Query.
To filter duplicate records
Navigate to the Administration - Data Quality screen in your Siebel application.
Click one of the following links:
Duplicate Accounts
Duplicate Contacts
Duplicate Prospects
Click Query, enter your search criteria, and then click Go.
The search results appear.
You now decide what you want to do with the duplicate records.
