Creating a Return Receipt Category for Proposals

Add the value Vehicle Return Proposal as one of the proposal template types. This allows you to choose Vehicle Return Proposal from the Category list of values when you create the proposal template.

To add a value for this document to the list of values

  1. Navigate to the Administration - Data screen, then the LOV Explorer view.

  2. In the List Of Values - Type list, query for APPLICATION_TYPE.

  3. Click the Show More icon next to the APPLICATION_TYPE folder, then the Values folder, then the MS_Word folder, then the Child List of Values folder.

  4. In the Child List of Values list, add a new record and complete the necessary fields, described in the following table:
