How to Send an E-mail to a Person

	What to do:
	As a prerequesite for the execution of the example below you need to create at least one person in the Companies and Persons module define this person's e-mail address assign the person to a user ID.
	Companies and Persons
	Select Tools>E-Mail>Send E-Mail to Person. The List of Persons is displayed.
	To update this mask, click or search for the recipient of your e-mail.
	In the example the following persons are displayed in the List of persons.
	Highlight the person Smith and select Mail to person from the context menu.
	The system automatically launches the default e-mail client installed on your computer and provides the e-mail address of the selected recipient!
	Insert your e-mail text and send the e-mail
	If you want to send an e-mail to a person who doesn't work in your company you have to launch the e-mail client.
	Select Tools > E-Mail > Launch E-Mail Client.
	The system will automatically launch the default e-mail client installed on your computer!
