How to Create a Distribution List Structure

	What to do:
	Hierarchical links between distribution lists can be defined to create a distribution list structure, i.e. distribution lists can be referenced to other distribution lists. Messages that are sent to a superordinate distribution list are automatically forwarded to all subordinate distribution lists. Messages that are sent to a subordinate distribution list are not forwarded to the superordinate distribution list. To work through this example first complete the example Create a Distribution List and create an additional distribution list DIS-0002 - Financial documents.
	Select Manager > Workflow > Distribution Lists.
	Search for the DIS-0001 distribution list.
	Click the Structure tab.
	To change to Insert mode click .
	Click the Sequence field. Enter a unique position number or confirm the position number suggested by the system.
	In the Code field click . The Distribution list is opened.
	Select the DIS-0002 - Financial documents distribution list.
	Select Take entry from the context menu.
	To save the entry click .

	The use of a distribution list is displayed in the Used in tab!
