What to do: |

To work through this example first complete the example Create a Work Request/Work Order. To work through this example, Change Management has to be OFF. |

| Click . The mask opens. |

Search for the work request EWR-1000. |
|
|
Click the tab . If Change Management is ON, every object type will be displayed on a separate tab. |

To insert a stored object, click on one of the following buttons:

| A specific object list opens. | |
| Select an object from one of the object lists. The object is added to the list of the the Work Request. |

In the example all three object types were added to the list.

|
| Follow the same steps described above to assign an affected object to a Work Order. | |
| To edit an object, click the hyperlink in the field. An object mask will open, allowing you to edit the selected object. | |
| Affected objects can also be assigned to a Work Request/Work Order using the drag&drop function. Please note, that in this case the affected objects are immediately saved to the list! Using the drag&drop function, only one object can be assigned to the list. When trying to drag&drop several objects in one step, only the first object of the selected objects will be added to the list. | |
| When releasing a Work Request, the objects assigned to the tab will be copied to the corresponding tab of the Work Order. Adding further objects to the tab of the Work Order won't effect the Work Request. | |
| Please note, that there's no tab if the Change Management is active. In this case affected objects are assigned to the Change Operations tab of the Work Request/Work Order mask! | |
