How to Assign a Distribution List to a Work Request/Work Order

	What to do:
	To work through this example first complete the examples Create a Work Request/Work Order and Create a Distribution List.
	Select Start > Change Management > Work Requests.
	Search for the Work Request EWR-1000. The Work Request mask is opened.
	To change to edit mode click .
	In the Distribution field click and select the distribution list DIS-0001.
	To save the entry click .
	The distribution list DIS-0001 is assigned to the Work Request EWR-1000.
	It is not possible to assign a distribution list to a Work Order if in the current lifecycle no other transition is following with a distribution list. An entry at the Work Order mask will have no effect and is automatically rejected with the following error message: "Distribution already in use. Changes declined."
