How to Suggest a Solution for a Work Request

 

What to do:

1. Using this functions, you can suggest solutions for work requests.
1. Click Start > Change Management > Solutions.
1. To change to Insert mode click .
The Work solutions with usage in request mask is opened.
1. Change to the Solution field and enter SOL-0001.

Please note that all solution IDs must be unique!

You may wish to simply confirm the solution ID suggested by the system!
1. Change to the Name field and enter Solution Concept 1.
1. Change to the Purpose field and enter Improvement of the approval process.
1. Change to the Result field and enter None.
1. To save the entries click .
