What to do:

As a prerequisite for this example you must have completed the example Start a Process.

When an error occurs while a process is starting or running, a message is displayed in the process history . (mask Process in Definition and mask Process in Execution > History tab). In these cases suspend and resume the process.

Running processes can also be stopped and resumed via the Process Console!

Display and Edit Process Data

Select Start > Workflow > Processes in Execution.

Select the Purchase Requisition process.

Click .
The process is stopped.
The Phase field contains Suspended.

Click .

The process is resumed.
The Phase field contains Execution.

To cancel a process click ! First the process must be stopped!
