How to Create Process Variables

	What to do:
	Select Manager > Workflow > Attribute Pool. The Attribute mask is displayed.
	Alternatively, you can select Start>Classification>Attribute Pool to open the Attribute mask.
	To change to Insert mode click .
	In the Name field enter Access Number.
	The entry in the field Name must be unique. If the name is not unique, a message is displayed when saving: Warning! The field name is not unique. Do you want to store it anyway? Either change the entries of the Name, the Attribute ID, or the Field name fields. Please note that the Field name field is updated automatically with the entry of the Attribute ID!
	Enter A in the Code field.
	Select I-> Integer in the Type field.
	Behind the I In the Type field enter the number of digits, e.g. 5.
	To save the entry click .
	Open the context menu and select List. The list of available attributes is displayed.
