How to Apply the Properties of a Role to a New Role

	Select Manager > Permissions > Role Model > Roles. The Role combined form is opened.
	Switch to Insert mode with the button .
	In the Role field, enter DOKU-M-USER.
	Click the Abstract field in order to enable the Abstract flag.
	This flag specifies if the selected role is a real function within the company or if it has been created to simplify the role structure.
	In the Description field, enter Virtual documentation manager-M-user.
	Select the tab Structure to activate it.
	Switch to Insert mode with the button .
	In the Role field, click the button . The Roles list is opened.
	Find the role DOKU-USER.
	Highlight this entry and select the Take entry option from the context menu.
	To save the entry click the button .
	Adding this role transfers all privileges, licenses, etc. of the DOKU-USER role to the holder of the DOKU_M_USER role by way of inheritance.
	Select the tab Privileges to activate it.
	Switch to Insert mode with the button .
	In the Role field, click the button . The Roles list is opened.
	Find the access privilege EDB-DOC-ARC-DEL.
	Highlight this entry and select the Take entry option from the context menu.
	The DOKU-M-USER role does now feature all privileges of the DOKU-USER role and the additional privilege of deleting documents of type ARCHIVED_DOC.
