How to Derive a Requirement

 

What to do:

Select Start > Requirements > Text Requirements.
The Text Requirement mask is opened.
Search for TRQ-900069 Transfer of Measures.
Select the Structure tab.
Click the Derive button.
The Text Requirement mask is opened.
Enter TRQ-900069_1 in the Requirement Number field and Input Length in the Name field.
Click in the Source field and select Internal from the selection menu.
Enter mm in the Content field.

To save the entry click .
Repeat steps 4 - 8 and enter the following values:
Requirement Number Name Source Content
TRQ-900069_2 Input Width Internal mm
TRQ-900069_3 Input Depth Internal mm

The relation is of type DRV (derived).
