How to Create a Base Requirement

	What to do:
	Select Start > Requirements > Base Requirements. The Base Requirement mask is opened.
	To change to insert mode click .
	Enter BAS-900009 in the Requirement Number field.
	Enter Position. Device for Paving in the Name field.
	Click in the Project Number field. The Project List is opened.
	Select PRO-003 Position. Device for Paving.
	The Explanation field can contain the following: Technological, but also commercial requirements for development of positioning device for paving and laying of tiles.
	To save the entry click .
