This function can be called by functions in the help trigger stack. It passes a URL as help address to the default HTML browser. The URL address must be created by the calling function and comply with the following URL syntax:

• Service://Computername:Port/Path/File

The interface to the default HTML browser supports Microsoft Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
