The manager privilege is the highest privilege a DataView user can have. A user who has this privilege, is not restricted in his actions by any kind of access protection for a certain element or function (with the exceptions of the system objects of DataView itself). Furthermore, the manager privilege allows the user to edit all the application part of DataView.
