On_Select userexit in select-button-areas (for viewing) or edit-button-areas (for editing).

This function creates the same mask like the event macro @EDIT_LANGUAGE and has been introduced to be able to open the mask at buttons as well.

Attention! In mask edit state the function dal_lng_edt_fld cannot be called for fields, that are prevent for update operations by dal_cch_skp_fld.
