DtvLong dal_dbi_put_blb (idn, tab, col, siz, dat)

 Changes the content of a BLOB-field in the table passed.

Input Parameter Significance
DtvLong idn ident-number of the record
char *tab name of the table
char *col name of the BLOB-table column
int siz length of the data segment
char *dat pointer to the data segment

Output Parameter Significance
no -

Return Code Significance
0 all OK
>0 maximum length for BLOB-fields (data segment too large)
-1 database error at reading BLOB-field
