DtvLong dal_dbi_cre_aut (idn, tab, uic, gic, acc_ogw, cre_dte)

 Creates the authorization entry for a newly created record in a DataView table.

Input Parameters Significance
DtvLong idn ident number of the record
char *tab name of the table of the record
DtvLong uic identification code of the owner
DtvLong gic identification code the group
char *acc_ogw access Id of the record:
acc_ogw[0] = owner access
acc_ogw[1] = group access
acc_ogw[2] = world access
> < = no access
r = read access
w = write access
d = delete access
char *cre_dte Creation data (in DataView data base format):
format > year-month.-day hour:minute:second <

Output Parameters Significance
no -

Return Code Significance
0 no error
-1 data base error generating the authorization entry

This function must be always called after a new record has been created in a DataView table if you did not create the record using a virtual widget.
