DtvLong dal_dbi_get_ent_lis (ent_nam, ent_idn)

 Returns the name and ident numbers of all entities created in DataView.

char ent_nam[ ][21] list of all entity name
DtvLong ent_idn[ ] list of all entity Ids

Return Code Significance
0 no error
1 no entity found
-1 data base error reading the entity data
