DtvLong dal_men_set_tit (idm, row, tit)

 Fills a menu's selection buffer with the text from the given line in a menu.

DtvLong idm Menu ID
DtvLong row Row in menu
char *tit Text string

Output Parameter Significance

Return Code Significance
0 OK
1 Null pointer

The function automatically invoke any set Menu listener function.
