How to Export a File Folder

	What to do:
	Select the Distributor document folder in the Projects tab and select Load Structure from the context menu. The Save file window is opened.

	The structure of the document can be exported to any location on the hard disk.
	Click Save. The Office Suite window is opened.

	A copy of the file folder will be exported into the destination folder on the hard disk.

	Load Structure with previous reservation of the document: Document will be checked out to the hard disk. A modified document can be checked in again! Load Structure without a previous reservation of the document: Document will be copied to the hard disk. A modified document cannot be checked in again!
