How to Assign a Document to a Process Step

 

What to do:
1 In this example, we are going to use the drawing "Ball pen, upper tube". If it does not exist already, please create this item with the following data:
Document Number DOC-2100
Name Drawing "Ball pen, upper tube"

Select Start > Process planning > Process Steps.
The Process Steps form is opened.
2 Use the search function to display the operation Process Step PRST-KUOPME-001.
3 Select the tab Documents with the left mouse button.
4 Change to Insert mode with the button .

Enter 10 in the PNo. field.

Click the Document Number field.

Click the button .
The document list is opened.

8 Use the search function to find the DOC-2100 document.
9 Highlight this entry.

Select Take entry from the context menu.
The list is closed and the entry is transferred.
To save the entry click the button .
Note All other fields are filled in automatically and cannot be edited!
