How to Assign Documents to an Operation

 

What to do:
1 The document Description of Operation 1 is used in this document. If it does not exist already, please create this item with the following data:
Document Number DOC-OP-1
Name Description of Operation 1

Select Start > Process Planning > Operations.
The Operations form is opened.
2 Use the search function to display the operation OP-62001.

Right-click the form and select Resources > Descriptions (document) from the context menu.
The Complete Description of document list is opened.
1 If partial descriptions are to be assigned to an operation, select Differential Geometry (Document) from the context menu.
4 Switch to Insert mode with the button .
5 Enter 10 in the Position Number (PNo.) field.
6 Click the Document No. field.

Click the button .
The document list is opened.

Use the search function to find the DOC-OP-1 document.

9 Highlight this entry.

Select Take entry from the context menu.
The list is closed and the entry is transferred.
To save the entry click the button .
Note All other fields are filled in automatically and cannot be edited.
