What to do:

Click to set the status to In Change.

Select Edit > Revisioning > Create New Revision > With all structures to create the new project revision.
A copy of the selected project including its structure is created, like e.g. the related project structure. It is in editing mode. In the Revision field in the header area of the Project mask the revision number is incremented.

There are three ways to create new project revisions:

• Copying without structure: Only the main element excluding structures is copied.
• Copying with selective structures - Using this function, the relationships to be copied can be selected.
• Copying with all structures - Using this function, all relationships within the project structure and all allocated elements are copied, like e.g. Documents/Items, etc.

Enter PRJ-1100a in the Project Number field.
Changes to the other fields are optional.

To save the entry click .

Open the Project mask and find the entered project (e.g. by entering PRJ-11% in the Project Number field in the search mask).
