How to Create a Project Structure

 

What to do:
Select Start > Projects.
The main form of the project management is displayed.
Search for the PRJ-1100 Ball Pen.

Select the Structure tab.
It is also possible to create the project structure using Structure > Single-level from the context menu.

To change to insert mode click .
Change to the field Project No.

The project list is opened.
{short description of image} Click the button to display the available projects.

Select the PRJ-1110 Material planning project.

Select Take Entry from the context menu.
 All further data of the subproject is applied automatically.

Save the entry with the button .

Repeat steps 2 to 9 for the following projects:

Project Number Name
PRJ-1120 Order
PRJ-1130 Production
PRJ-1140 Delivery

Update the mask header with the button .
The Child field displays the number of child projects (in this case 4).
 
 

Displaying the project structure:
 

Select the Ball Pen project.

Select Structure > Multi-level > Graphical Intern from the context menu.
The following project structure is displayed in the browser:
