How to Assign an Item (without Version) to a Company/Department

	What to do:
	*Select Start > Organizations > Companies/Departments.*
	Select the company Miller and Son.
	*Select References > Use in items (without version)* from the context menu.** A new mask Related items to the company (without version) is opened with all items that have been assigned to the selected company.
	Change to Insert mode with the button .
	Change to the field Item No.
	Click the button . The Items list is opened in Search mode.
	Click the button to display the available documents.
	Select the item ART-1000.
	*Select Take Entry* from the context menu.**
	*Change to the Rel. Type* field.** The button is opened on the right hand side. This button indicates the availability of at least one additional selection mask. The mask Relation types general org. data is opened in Search mode.
	Click the button .
	Click the button to display the available relationship types.
	Select the relationship type Created by.
	*Select Take Entry* from the context menu.**
	Save the entry with the button .
