How to Assign an Item to a Company/Department

	Select Start > Organizations > Companies/Departments.
	Select the company or department Miller and Son.
	*Select References > Use in parts* from context menu.** A new mask Related items to the company is opened with all items that have been assigned to the selected company.
	Change to Insert mode with the button .
	Change to the field Item No.
	Click the button . The Item lists is opened in Search mode.
	Click the button to display the available documents.
	Select the item ART-1000 - Ball Pen.
	*Select Take Entry* from the context menu.**
	*Change to the Rel. Type* field.**
	Click the button .
	Select the relationship type Owner.
	Save the record with the button .
