How to Assign an Item (Without version) to a Person

	What to do:
	*Select Start > Organizations > Persons.*
	Select Mrs Susan Smith from the list of persons.
	*Select References > Use in items (without version)* from the context menu.** A new mask Rel. items (without ver.) to the person is opened with all items that have been assigned to the selected person.
	Change to Insert mode with the button .
	Change to the field Item No.
	Click the button . The Items list is opened in search mode.
	Click the button or press ENTER twice in to display the available documents.
	Select the item ART-1000 - EP Ballpen.
	*Select Take Entry* from the context menu.**
	*Change to the Rel. Type* field.** The button is opened on the right hand side. This button indicates the availability of at least one additional selection mask. A new mask is opened ( Relation types general organ.data in Search mode.
	Click the button to display the available relationship types.
	Select the relationship type Created by.
	*Select Take Entry* from the context menu.**
	Save the record with the button .
