How to Create a Person

What to do:
1. Select Start > Organizations > Persons.
The list of persons is opened.
2.

Change to Insert mode with the button .

3. Click the button .
The selection menu list is opened.
3. Select Mrs.
Valid forms of address are Mr, Mrs, Ms and NN (for unknown).
3. Change to the Name field and enter Smith as the family name.
3. Change to the First name field and enter Susan as the first name.
3. Switch to the Phone field and enter (0721) 935456 as the phone number.
3. Change to the E-mail field and enter Susan.Smith@online.com as the person's e-mail address.

Save the entry with the button .
