Multi-Project Access Rights

Define Project Members

	As a prerequisite for this example, you must have completed the example Create a subordinate Project and must be logged in to Agile e6 as USER-4 with the active/current project Project-4. Furthermore you must have created USER-7 with the role Designer!
	Open the Project mask of Project-4.
	Click the Members tab.
	To change to insert mode click .
	Click in the User field. The User Selection list is opened.
	Select USER-7 from the User Selection list.
	Click in the Role field. The Roles list is opened.
	Select the role EDB-DESIGNER from the Roles list.
	In the Valid Until field enter the date 06/30/2005.
	To save the entry click .
	USER-7 is assigned to Project-4 as a project member.
	Please note that the system automatically creates a job function for the user-project assignment!
