How to Enable/disable the global Visibility

	What to do:
	To work through this example you must have completed the example Assign a new Object to the current/active Organizational Unit.
	Log in as NA Marketing Specialist with the organizational unit NA Marketing.
	Select Start > Documents > All Documents.
	Search for the document D4 Marketing Strategy.
	Select Organization > View_all flag > Set from the context menu.
	The document D4 Marketing Strategy is now visible for all staff members of any organizational unit independent from any assignment to an organizational unit.
	To disable the global visibility reset the settings (select Organization >View_all flag > Reset from the context menu).
