Database Attributes

The sub form shows database atributes of fields in tables or fields in views. Modification is only possible in the sublists table fields.

Display for for fields in master tables:

G -> globally unique

All records in the master table are unique

- -> not unique (default)

Display for fields in relation tables:

G -> globally unique

All records in the master table are unique

1 -> Id-1 unique

partial uniqueness for all relation records with same parent element ( the unique field and C-ID1 represent a combined key)

2 -> Id-2 unique

partial uniqueness for all relation records with same child element (the unique field and C-ID2 represent a combined key)

R -> Id-1/2 unique

partial uniqueness for all relation records with same parent element and same child element (the unique field, C_ID1 and C_ID2 represent a combined key)

- -> not unique (default)

Display for fields in Type Tables

G -> globally unique

All records in the type table are unique

2 -> Id-2 unique

partial uniquess for all type`s record with the same parent element (unique field C_ID2 represent a combined key)

- -> not unique (default)

Entry:

The field is not a foreign field

Set

The field is a foreign field

Entry:

Not set (default)

a NULL entry is possible

Set

an entry is forced (field's Access is m = mandatory)

Identification for View fields when it si assorted.

Mode

Entry:

(empty)

no case sensitivity (default)

I -> insensitive

alphabetical case is ignored

S -> sensitive

alphabetical case is considered
