If the environment variable DATAVIEW_DUMP includes other environment variables (e.g. $EP_ROOT/axalant/dmp), the path and file name only support ASCII characters! If the environment variable DATAVIEW_DUMP does not include other environment variables (e.g. D:/<myname>/axalant/dmp), the path and file name support UTF-8 characters! |
| With the CTRL+V loader you select table data from a list using the shortcut CTRL+V. This will save the selected table data to the clipboard but no loader file will be created. In order to write the table data to a loader file, it is required to define a button in an already existing menu and assign the userexit xief_loa_exp_fin to this button or create a LogiView procedure which is calling this userexit. | |
| In the following example you will add a new selection (LOA-CRT-V) to the submenu of the menu and assign the userexit xief_loa_exp_fin to this button. | |

Open the form of the menu data and search for the TOP menu. |

Highlight the selection name EDB-BAS-TOP-DATA (Start menu). |

Click the button. |

Click 
to activate the insert mode.

Insert a selection name (e.g. LOA-CRT-V) and enter the userexit xief_loa_exp_fin in the userexit column. |

Optional: In the column enter /C_UIC=100 /C_GIC=100 to replace the corresponding field entries to the defined values (UIC=100=EDBKERNEL, GIC=100=EDB). |

Mandatory: In the , , and columns, you can enter any data. |

Please note that the replacement functionality works on every record which includes this field! |

Click 
to save the entries.

Select from the context menu and restart your current application. |

Restat the Client. |

If you click the button in the menu you will find the button. |
