Getting Started

History

	The history is a list of user actions (creation, status changes) which have been performed on a record.
	The history is available on the History tab in an object form, or can be called up from the Organization > History context menu.
	INSERT - create a record TRANSITION - status change MEMO - entry of additional information by the user
	Adding a Memo
	From the History list, switch to insert mode using the button
	Select MEMO from the Function field.
	In the Comment field, enter your memo text.
	Save the entry with the button
